My name is John Hancock. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Hancock Knives was created in 2016 where I started off with nothing but old files, a blowtorch, an angle grinder and a dream.
Fast forward to today where our custom work has grown to into something to be truly proud of and our ventures have led us into the world of CAD and CNC production.

We can make any blade you can dream of please contact us directly with your requests! Custom orders take an average of 2-3 weeks lead time when based off designs we have previously created and go up depending on intricacy and materials needed.
What is DLC and why would I want it on a knife?
DLC COating
DLC coating, which stands for Diamond-Like Carbon, is a very hard, wear-resistant, and chemically resistant surface coating applied to knives, including aycock knives and hiko ito custom knives. It's known for its low friction, making it useful for improving blade durability and corrosion resistance, a valuable feature for texas custom knives and tim hancock knives. Plus, it just looks really cool!
